UnleashHER: Women in LeadHERship Summit 2025

Traditionally hosted by corporate sponsors, the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the National Black MBA Association has reimagined the bi-annual gathering—curating a powerful two-day experience known as the Women in LeadHERship Summit. This year’s theme, UnleashHER, is a bold call to action centered around Bold Leadership. Authentic Power. Radical Resilience.

The Women in LeadHERship Summit explores the power of voice, vision, and legacy through high-impact panels, interactive workshops, and candid conversations. Together, we’ll celebrate the brilliance of Black women in leadership and activate the tools to thrive—personally and professionally—at every level.

This summit is open to all professionals, regardless of race, gender, or background. All are welcome to attend, engage, and grow.

Expect two days of inspiration, strategic insight, and sisterhood—featuring powerhouse speakers, curated networking experiences, and leadership in action.

The San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the National Black MBA Association is dedicated to advancing Black professionals through education, economic empowerment, and leadership development.

We are proud to host the Women in LeadHERship Summit, a transformational gathering that amplifies the voices, stories, and impact of Black women leading with purpose, power, and excellence.

Founded in 1979, our chapter is one of the oldest and most active in the country. As part of a national network, we serve as a catalyst for change—connecting talent to opportunity, fostering community, and cultivating Black excellence across industries throughout Northern California.
